PITP-II is a Government of Sindh initiative managed by MUET to deliver free, certified IT training across multiple districts. We equip youth with in-demand digital skills for freelancing, jobs, and startups.

Mandate

Bridge the digital divide, enhance employability, and catalyze entrepreneurship by offering short, industry-aligned IT certifications at zero cost to eligible youth of Sindh.

Governance

MUET leads PITP-II operations across assigned districts, with standardized assessments, centralized records, certificate verification, and transparent selection & reporting.

Coverage (MUET-led)

Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Umerkot, Thatta, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Matiari, Sujawal, Badin, and Hala.

Programme Model

How PITP-II delivers quality at scale.

Structure

• Duration (regular batch): 120 hours over ~2 months, Mon–Fri, 3 hours/day
• Duration (weekend batch): 120 hours over ~3.5 months, Sat–Sun, 4 hours/day
• Attendance: ≥ 90% required for certification
• Certification: Govt. of Sindh x MUET-issued; online verification available
• Enrollment/Class: 35-50

Eligibility & registration

• Age: ≤ 28 years at registration
• Domicile/PRC: Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Umerkot, Thatta, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Matiari, Sujawal, Badin
• Qualification: Matric / Intermediate / Graduate (varies by course)
• Register with: CNIC/B-Form (personal), recent photo, valid email & mobile
• Course Limit: One course per participant per phase
