Overview: Design, deploy, and operate workloads on AWS/Azure/GCP including virtualization, compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, serverless basics, and DevOps foundations.

Main Learning Outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (16 years) in SE/CSE/CS/IT or related.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily programme operations across multiple training centers, including trainee enrollments, attendance tracking, trainer support, resource management, and smooth execution of batches.
  • Manage schedules, communicate updates, prepare progress reports, maintain programme data, handle routine issues, and assist with logistics as required.
  • Act as a communication link between MUET, trainers, centers, and government stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the IT training initiative.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in a relevant field (CS / SE / IT / Management / Media Sciences / etc.) from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Relevant technical expertise and prior experience in coordination / programme management will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Research Assistant (Data & Reporting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and manage programme data from the LMS and operations records, including enrollments, attendance, assessments, and completion status.
  • Clean, verify, and reconcile LMS data with admissions and center-level reports to maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
  • Prepare weekly and batch-wise dashboards on attendance trends, assessment completion, trainer activity, and student performance summaries.
  • Support certificate processing by ensuring the accuracy of results and completion data for all trainees.
  • Identify patterns such as dropout reasons, course demand trends, and center-wise performance to inform programme decisions.
  • Coordinate with LMS Admin, Admissions, and Operations teams; flag data inconsistencies and ensure timely reporting as per PITP policies.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, with the ability to clean, analyze, and summarize data clearly.
  • Basic understanding of databases or LMS systems and how data flows across admissions, classes, and assessments.
  • High attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and good written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
  • Preferred: experience with dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) and basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.
